This project was carried out for a New build development company that was introduced to us by a previous client. We worked closely with the Architect and Contracts manager to carry out the installation to specification and brought the project to a high standard. We installed the Ardigonte Spanish Natural Slates with dry ridge and valley system. DCRS were able to give a 20 year workmanship Guarantees and 10 year insurance backed Guarantee as added protection

We had over 65 properties to work on for the Sutton housing project ranging from Soffit, fascia & guttering replacement to new roof installations. The contract lasted around 10 months, it was a carefully drawn up program and detailed schedule of works. We were given 5 working days for each new roof installation, all works were completed within if not before the allocated timeframe. We made a great relationship with the Director of the company due to our attention to detail and reliability, this lead to us receiving a further two contracts which were for the Reading Borough council and the Chippenham housing contract. Our works for the Reading Borough council contract consisted of 30 properties to which we were completing gable extensions to new roof installations. We were approached by the client to carry out a new roof installation as the existing roof was over 70 years old and was failing in many places. The client decided to install the Marley Double Roman tiles to match the existing roof. The client was extremely happy with their new roof installation and we have since installed a new flat roof at the property. DCRS were able to give a 20 year workmanship Guarantee and 10 year insurance backed Guarantee as added protection.
A longstanding customer recommended DCRC to the client following a series of new roof installations. The client had a large multi dwelling property that had serious structural issues. We consulted the client on the best course of action moving forward to obtain structural significance to their property. Our structural engineer provided plans with specifications to ensure we had a grand scheme in ensure the property would have no further structural issues along the future. Our team of carpenters installed steel RSJ beams to specifications and rebuilt the roof with upgraded size C24 timber rafters and joists to satisfy building regulations. Our team of roofers installed the natural slate roof using Cupa Pizarrus slates. Building control inspected the build through the whole process and was happy that it has met the building regulation requirements. We were approached by a previous commercial client to carry out works at his personal home. On the inspection, the existing lead box gutters were over 50 years old and were showing signs of perishing in many places. Our Lead Welding Specialists installed a number of services for our client. The services included installing bespoke lead box gutters, outlets, lead copings and a lead bay flat roof. The client was truly pleased that we created a work of art at his property

The client approached DCRS with a requests to replace the existing roof after realising multiple leaks on the school hall roof. Our survey revealed the roof was over 30 years old and had come to the end of its life. DCRS proposed to install an overlay system using Proteus liquid waterproofing to ensure minimal disturbance to the school during the school term. DCRS was able able to provide a 20 year manafacturer backed warranty as well as an Insurance backed Guarantee.
The client got in contact with DCRS through a previous customer and explained that the existing roof was poorly installed by the building developer. A carefully drawn up plan was put together with thermal insulation guidance from building control to ensure building regulations were met.
The existing roof was removed back to the timber deck, a Tyvek vapour barrier was installed with 150mm Celotex PIR insulation boards to create a warm deck roof. A brand new ClassicBond EPDM fleeced back membrane was installed along with a 20 year manafacturer guarantee.

Notre Dame Church owned by the French Embassy is a Catholic Church that we have completed two large new roof contracts for. We were introduced through a previous client and surveyed a large slate roof in Central London that had multiple areas of water ingress.
Our team installed Tyvek breathable membrane with 180m2 of natural slates with bespoke lead welded dormers and box gutters. Father Pascal who is the head priest was very pleased with our workmanship and asked us to install a new flat roof above the main church hall.This is a circular shaped 600m2 overlay felt system with brand new bespoke lead outlets. The client approached DCRS to carry out a survey of the existing flat roof coverings which were leaking in numerous places. Upon inspection our roof survey discovered that the roof was perishing in many places and had come to the end of its life and required replacement. DCRS replaced the flat roof with EURO POLYMERS evolution charcoal overlay system. The installation was then assessed and was given a 20 year manafacturer backed warranty.
The client approached DCRS to replace the existing roof due to ongoing water leaks in multiple areas. The client had a budget and our job was to keep within the budget without subsidising the quality of materials. We were able to find a close match to the existing property, the client was over the moon with the workmanship our team and praised us regularly throughout the project which was a great compliment on such a detailed roof. As this is a Disability Care home there were special requests imposed on DCRS from the client in order to make the building safe for the patients and staff. DCRS was able to meet all the client requests and successfully installed a full new roof to building regulations
